The OSC, through the implementation of its 2025-2026 Common Programme, continues its mission to drive a transformative and multidimensional approach to development across the Greater South. Building on its foundational vision, the Organisation’s biennium agenda focuses on seven key areas: Knowledge-powered societies, Technological revolution, Balanced and Inclusive Education, Cultural revitalisation, Shared green prosperity, Intensified South-South cooperation, and Institutional consolidation. These priorities align with the OSC’s commitment to fostering endogenous innovation, strengthening academic collaboration, and advancing strategic investments in sovereign development sectors to ensure equitable and sustainable progress for its Member States.
